Cancellation / Refund Policies

We accept returns for all reasons, provided the products are in original condition.

1)Damage/Defects

Send unboxing video within 3 days from the date of receival to 9074969399 via WhatsApp. Defect should be clearly visible in the video
Video will be checked and if convinced about the defect, return will be approved. Product should be shipped (only after we approve) within 4 days from the received date
Return address will be provided along with the approval
Shipping charges incurred for the return (up to Rs 150/-) will also be refunded
2)Not willing to keep the product

Send a WhatsApp message to the above number requesting the return address within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Upon receiving the product thorough investigation will be conducted to check for any defects in the product

In both the above scenarios, product should be unused and returned in the original condition. You will be notified via email regarding approval/rejection of refund. Refund will be initiated in 2 days.

This policy is to provide 100% satisfaction for the products that you buy from us. We would definitely not want you to keep a product that you did not like or defective. Kindly avoid misuse of this policy in any form. Do not buy the product if you are unsure. Responsible buying can help us manage the return process better.
